Recruiting and Selecting Staff

This course will:

  • Discuss factors to be considered prior to embarking on recruitment activity
  • Outline legal parameters which govern recruitment and selection
  • Provide practical examples of best practice in relation to ways of sourcing candidates, interview techniques, selection decisions

This course is suitable both for HR professionals and for those with responsibility for Human Resources in smaller organisations.

Venue and Duration

This one-day course is being held in Central London. The session will run from 10.00am - 4.00pm. Coffee and registration will be from 9.30am for a 10.00am prompt start.
