Booking A Course

To book a place on a course, there are two options:

1. Download the Booking Form (which is a Word document 33.5KB), fill it in online and return it by e-mail (as an attachment) to .  Please use one form per course per person to avoid any confusion.
Or
2.  Simply e-mail us at with your requirements, stating which course you would like to enrol on, how many places you would like, and giving contact details for each participant - name, job title, telephone number and e-mail address .

Training Discount

Full members of CharitySkills benefit from a 10% discount on all course fees.  If you qualify for a discount because your organisation is a full member, please ensure that you mention this when you are booking.

Booking Procedure

When we receive your e-mail, we will (subject to availability) e-mail you an acknowledgement and an invoice.  When we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation plus course details and joining instructions.

Cancellations

1.  We only accept cancellations by e-mail - not by telephone.
2.  Cancellations must reach us two full weeks before the course date, in which case we will refund the cost of your course in full.
3.  If the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the date of the course, we regret that we cannot make a refund unless we can fill the place from a waiting list.
