Project Management
This two-part course is designed to enable project managers in the community and voluntary sectors work in a more efficient and more effective way. It is tailored to the requirements of the voluntary sector and is
designed to be easy to understand, and to concentrate on the practicalities.
The course has two parts. Together they offer a comprehensive introduction to the processes and techniques of project management. Part 1 can be taken on its own but we recommend that trainees complete Part 1 before
embarking on Part 2.
The objective of the course is that students should be able to return to their organisations and make immediate use of the material covered in the course, so included in the fee is a comprehensive workbook and a set
of Word/Excel/PowerPoint templates.

Who should attend?
This course is suitable for anyone who has responsibility for managing a project, large or small in the voluntary sector, even if you are a project manager for only part of your working time.
Venue and Duration
This two - day course is being held at one of our regular venues in Central London. The sessions will run from 10.00 am to 4.30pm. Coffee and registration will be from 9.30am for a 10.00 am prompt start.
