Managing Staff

Good staff managment is a key part of helping your organisation to run smoothly.  This course provides an insight into the skills and techniques that are required for effective management.

  • show participants how to set an objective for another member of staff and monitor this in their supervisory role
  • demonstrate the effective use of praise, criticism and constructive feedback
