Annual Membership Fees
Membership fees are based on annual income on the following scale:

Please note that all the above fees are annual and subject to VAT.
How to Apply

2. We will send you an invoice and as soon as we receive payment we will send out your membership pack. Your membership will run for 12 months from the date on which your membership pack is sent out.
